Troy, PA – In 1776, thirteen North American colonies declared independence from Great Britain. However, this declaration did not create an instant framework or road map to liberty and our rights, it simply marked the start of the United States’ great experiment in self-government. “We the People” not only formed a republic, but are called to be active, informed citizens of it.

The Troy High School Class of 2026 will graduate during the 250th Anniversary of our Independence. They celebrate their accomplishments in a Country where hard work and perseverance lead to the American Dream.
The Alumni Association will convene the 128th Annual All-Class Reception and Alumni Induction Ceremony to celebrate this momentous occasion. The event will be held at 5:30pm on Friday May 15th, 2026, at Troy’s Memorial Auditorium. There will be recognition of the seniors, their families, and teachers. After the All-Class Reception featuring a free light buffet, the brief program will begin at 6:30pm. Attendees can expect an entertaining evening that includes a fascinating look into how school has changed and, in some cases, stayed the same through the decades.
The emcee will be Matt Geer, Class of 1995, who was a speaker at last year’s event. Troy Jr./Sr. High School staff will present the Class for Induction.
Class Representatives welcoming our Alumni will be featured from classes in decades ending with “6”.
Class of 1946 – Donna Harkness Chamberlain – last known member of the Class
Class of 1956 – George Stone
Class of 1966 – Tom Close
Class of 1976 – Kelvin Morgan
Class of 1986 – Todd Staudt
Class of 1996 – Angie Walsh Osgood

This year, the Alumni Association will also celebrate THS Graduates that have made great contributions to our country and our community including our Veterans.
The Senior Class, their family and supporters who have helped them achieve this goal are invited. All alumni, and past/present faculty and staff
are also encouraged to attend. This is a free event for which reservations are not needed. We hope you will join us!
