Troy Area School District Foundation Opens Nominations for Hall of Distinguished Alumni Award
Troy, Pennsylvania – June 9, 2026 – The Troy Area School District Foundation is now accepting nominations for its annual Hall of Distinguished Alumni Award, an honor that celebrates remarkable individuals whose achievements reflect the spirit and pride of the Troy community.
This prestigious award recognizes alumni and community members who have demonstrated excellence in their personal and professional lives while maintaining a meaningful connection to the Troy Area School District. These honorees serve as inspiring role models for current students, showing what’s possible through dedication, leadership, and service.
Eligible nominees must be graduates of the Troy Area School District – or individuals who have maintained a close and valued relationship with the district or its Foundation—and must have graduated at least 10 years prior to nomination. Candidates should exemplify strong character and integrity, as induction into the Hall is both a recognition of accomplishment and a lasting tribute to those who bring distinction to the Troy Area School District community.
To nominate a candidate, please visit the Foundation’s webpage at https://www.troypaschoolfoundation.org/hallofdistinguishedalumni. The site includes the nomination form and complete submission details.
The deadline for 2026 nominations is September 1, 2026. Selected honorees will be formally inducted during a special fall assembly at the Troy Memorial Auditorium.
